Where Women Feel Like Kids Again
Money in Today’s Economy -- get it, save it, manage it, protect it.... -- Our October Camp welcomes back seminar instructor Judy Copenbarger, financial manager to the masses. Are you not so great at money? Time to learn, girlfriend. This enlightening workshop will educate, encourage and entertain, as Judy uncovers the truth behind earning, spending, investing, protecting and managing your cash in this ever-changing world. Each attendee will walk away with practical ideas and tools which can be immediately implemented to make a difference in your financial life and your future. Empower yourself with this incredibly impactful financial education. What a great seminar for your girlfriend getaway.
See this gigantor van? It's been our magical bus to bring all our working supplies to Camp, plus 3 staffers. This October, it's not available to us so.... if YOU have a vehicle approx. this size and live near Westwood/Brentwood (or willing to get here), we'll give you a free weekend Oct. 2-4 if you'll carpool us. We definitely fill the gas tank, too. Email Patti@campgetaway.com to volunteer.
In honor of October Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are announcing a special raffle to win this extraordinary handmade quilt (thank you, Yoga Jen, and your family for the opportunity to donate this beauty to Pink-Link, the Online Breast Cancer Support Network as a fundraiser. Victoria Tashman, Pink-Link founder (photo) expresses her gratitude, too. CLICK HERE TO READ HOW TO ENTER THE RAFFLE.
We're excited for such publicity about our unique camp retreat for mothers and others. Here's their link:
OK, alumni... we recognize you have plenty of Camp GetAway shirts in our signature pink, so this camp season you'll get more COLORS! When you arrive at April's Camp, take your pick! If we run out of a color, deal with Patti. We don't call her "Fearless Leader" for nothing.
April 11-13 is the Spring camp, typically attended by overstressed, hard working women who can flee their homes for a long weekend and the family can get along without her.
THANKS for your interest, we'll email you directly with updates on this special weekend. Imagine a full 48 hours of uninterrupted "me time" with personal scrapping space just paces from your zzzzzz quarters. Each bunkroom houses two; it's one big slumber party, so don't fear if you're a party of three or five (but HURRY to register, there's only room for 16 scrappers total).
